TRACY SWANSON, CWS®, Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Branch Manager

 

As part of the Swanson & Boley Wealth Strategy Group, Tracy focuses on comprehensive financial planning and multi-generational legacy planning for clients. He has been in the financial services industry since 1974, joining the Sheridan D.A. Davidson office in 1998 after previously working with Piper Jaffray. To better assist his clients with their complex financial needs, Tracy earned the Certified Wealth Strategist® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designations. He also specializes in Strategic Retirement Planning, assisting with clients' transitions from a career into retirement. In addition, Tracy is Branch Manager of the D.A. Davidson offices in Wyoming.

Tracy is active in the community with a wide range of volunteer experience and is a current member of the Big Horn Lions Club and Sheridan Rotary. Tracy is former Chairman of the Wyoming Retirement Board and has served in leadership roles with St. Peter's Episcopal Church, the Wyoming Diocesan Council, and on the Big Horn Equestrian Center Board of Directors. Tracy and his wife, Liz, have two grown children, Donde and Todd, and four grandchildren. Tracy and Liz are active in their church and enjoy travel.

 

FRANKLIN N. BOLEY CFA, CFP®, CIMA®, Senior Vice President, Financial Advisor, Assistant Branch Manager

As part of the Swanson & Boley Wealth Strategy Group, Frank focuses on providing a variety of investment strategies to meet the individualized needs of each client. He joined the Sheridan office of D.A. Davidson & Co. in 1998, and quickly learned that he has a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through portfolio construction and management. Frank also specializes in Strategic Retirement Planning, which includes a process for assisting clients through their career to retirement transition. He holds a degree in economics from Oberlin College and has earned the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP), Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) and Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA) credentials, meeting rigorous standards by which top advisors are measured throughout the U.S.

Frank has served in a variety of leadership positions with local organizations. He currently serves on the Sheridan WYO Rodeo Board of Directors, the Wyoming Community Foundation Board of Directors, is past Chairman of Volunteers of America, past President of the Sheridan County Memorial Hospital Foundation, past President and Vice President of the Sheridan County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and past Team Captain of the YMCA's “Give Your Heart to a Child” fundraising campaign. Frank and his wife, Georgia, have two children, Olivia and Elliot. As a family, they enjoy skiing, golfing, fishing and boating.

 

MEGAN COOK, CWP, Financial Advisor

Megan began working with the Swanson & Boley Wealth Strategy Group in 2007 and quickly learned that she loves assisting clients with retirement planning. Within the team, she focuses on employer sponsored retirement plans including 401(k) plans, SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs as well as Non-profit and Governmental Sponsored 457 Plans. Megan works alongside Plan Sponsors and HR managers to create a retirement plan unique to each different business and structure. She works directly with plan participants to educate and explore retirement planning options. Megan holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Boise State University and has earned the Certified Wealth Planner designation.

Megan is active in the Sheridan community and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Downtown Sheridan Association. She is a wish grantor for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, a leader with Girl Scouts of America, and is currently participating in the Sheridan Chamber of Commerce Leadership Sheridan Program. Megan and her husband, Ron, have two children, Amaya and Adaline. In her spare time, she enjoys running, gardening, and watching her kids perform on stage. 

                                       

JAMIE WILLIAMS, FPQP™, Registered Client Associate, Branch Operations Manager

Jamie joined D.A. Davidson in 2014 and has a true passion for helping clients with all of their day-to-day financial needs. She brings extensive customer service and industry knowledge to the team. In addition, Jamie works alongside the leadership team as Branch Operations Manager to assist with the daily operations of the Sheridan office. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 security licenses, allowing her to buy and sell securities for clients, and has earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation.

Jamie is actively involved in the community as the President of the Sagebrush Elementary PTO, serving on the Board of Directors for the Sheridan Young Guns Wrestling Club, and coaching YMCA soccer and t-ball. Jamie and her husband, Matt, have three children. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and watching her boys wrestle and play baseball.

 

JENNIFER COVOLO, Registered Client Associate

Jennifer joined the team in 2016, coming from a background in insurance. Jennifer quickly became an asset to Swanson & Boley Wealth Strategy Group assisting with clients' everyday needs, specializing in insurance products and all aspects of marketing. She holds the Series 7 and Series 66 security licenses, allowing her to buy and sell securities for clients. In addition, she holds her Insurances licenses in Life, Health, and Variable Annuity products.

Jennifer is very active with the YMCA, serving on the “Give Your Heart to a Child” campaign, as well as teaching group fitness classes. Alongside her family and friends, she volunteers for the Annual Big Horn Mountain Trail Run. Jennifer and her husband, Jeremy, have four children. She enjoys travel, paddle boarding, and spending time with her family.
